Chris has over 20 years' experience in housing and property development. Previously Land and Planning Director with Banner Homes, and then Cala Homes South Home Counties, he joined Vanderbilt Homes in 2015 to set up the new Southern Region and is now responsible for the Elivia Homes Group.
A Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Iain has over 20 years’ financial and operational experience across a range of sectors including real estate, digital media, mobile telecoms, and IT services, and a wide knowledge of growing businesses organically and through acquisition.
John has over 30 years of experience in the housebuilding industry. His previous role as Group Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive at A2Dominion Group involved shaping major deals with the UK’s largest housebuilders as well as launching the company’s private housing brand, FABRICA, and leading the group’s PRS investment strategy.
Jack brings over 15 years in residential development and construction, with a commercial grounding in quantity surveying and project management across Fairview New Homes, Ridge & Partners, and Matthew Homes. After founding Castlemore Homes, he joined Elivia Homes as Managing Director, Central Region, overseeing a significant residential portfolio across the South East.
Peter is Managing Director of Elivia Homes Eastern, with over 35 years in housebuilding; from his roots as a City & Guilds trained carpenter through operational roles at Crest Nicholson, Banner Homes, and Cala. Known for a calm, delivery-focused approach and strong commercial discipline, he ensures build activity stays aligned to sales performance, supporting a controlled and sustainable operating model.
Duncan brings over 25 years in residential development, specialising in strategic land and planning across South East England. Having held senior roles at CALA Homes, Banner Homes, and Crest Nicholson, he now leads land and planning strategy at Elivia Homes; overseeing a portfolio of strategic opportunities and working with the Board to deliver a scalable pipeline aligned with the company's long-term ambitions.
